Our Story
Dancers Asylum Entertainment was born from a simple but urgent observation: the creative industry was failing the very people who power it. Artists were routinely undervalued, underpaid, and left without proper protection. A lack of clear structure made exploitation far too common. At the same time, a communication gap kept clients from seeing their visions fully realized — simply because few understood how to speak the language of artists.
These problems were not isolated. They were industry wide cracks that someone needed to seal. That someone turned out to be a young dancer who had walked every corridor of the business — from stage to back office, from choreography to casting, from negotiation to creative direction. After spending over a decade understanding the behind the scenes reality from every angle, that dancer built the solution.
Today, Dancers Asylum Entertainment is a dance centric agency that doubles as a casting and talent management firm. Nightlife is our heartbeat, but our work stretches across film sets, advertising campaigns, music videos, theatre productions, and beyond. We sit at the intersection of safe haven for talent and top tier service for clients, creating meaningful opportunities for artists while delivering creative excellence for the brands and businesses we partner with.
