Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, applying as talent, or submitting an enquiry as a client, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. About us

Dancers Asylum Entertainment ("Dancers Asylum Ent", "we", "us", "our") is a dance-centric agency, casting and talent management firm based at 90 Fleetwood Rd, London, NW10 1NQ. We manage and cast talent for both local and international projects — nightlife, film sets, advertising campaigns, music videos, theatre productions, and beyond.

3. Applying as talent

These terms apply if you submit the "For Talents" form on this site or otherwise apply to join our roster:

  • Casting notices. Please read every casting notice carefully — because we cast for both local and international projects, some opportunities may require a specific ethnic or cultural background, and only talent matching that brief will be considered for it.
  • Acceptance of terms on submission. Submitting an application form may indicate your acceptance of Dancers Asylum Ent's terms and conditions, including any exclusivity or non-compete obligations that apply to a specific booking or engagement — those obligations, where they apply, will be set out in your individual agreement with us.
  • The talent database. Even if you've already spoken directly with one of our directors, you still need to be listed in our talent database. This lets us prioritise you correctly, since different members of our team handle different parts of the casting process.
  • No guarantee of selection. Submitting a form does not guarantee you'll be selected for any role.
  • Keep your details current. You're responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate, and for keeping it up to date as it changes.

4. Media & consent

If you consent to it on your application, we may use photos, video, or other media you share with us for professional and promotional purposes — for example, casting submissions or portfolio listings. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing dancersasylum@gmail.com; see our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

5. Clients & bookings

Submitting a "For Clients" enquiry starts a conversation — it isn't a confirmed booking. Fees, availability, deposits, cancellation terms, and other booking specifics are agreed separately in writing before any engagement is confirmed.

6. Using this website

This site, and the content on it — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Dancers Asylum Ent or is used with permission, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our consent. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or misuse the forms on it.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

Questions Clients Ask

A few quick answers before you reach out.

No. Nightlife is our foundation, but we choreograph and direct movement for all kinds of projects. You will find our work in feature films, television shows, advertising campaigns, music videos, live concerts, theatre productions, and corporate events.

Almost any visual project that involves human movement can benefit. Common examples include movie scenes, TV performances, commercial shoots, music video dance breaks, artist stage shows, fashion presentations, and even video game motion capture.

We start by understanding your vision, audience, and the kind of energy you want. Then we handpick performers from our local and international roster who match that exact need. This applies whether you are casting a nightclub show, a film scene, or a commercial.

We help brands create live, immersive experiences — usually but not always in nightlife settings. This can include creative concept development, performance curation, full event execution, and audience engagement strategies.

No. We provide styling and costuming for projects of any size — a single artist's music video look, a full cast for a stage show, or a branded activation. We tailor the service to your budget and creative vision.
