1. Who we are

Dancers Asylum Entertainment ("Dancers Asylum Ent", "we", "us", "our") is a dance-centric agency, casting and talent management firm based at 90 Fleetwood Rd, London, NW10 1NQ. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly, through the following forms on this site:

  • Contact form — name, email address, subject, and your message.
  • "For Talents" application — name, surname, age, height, nationality, current city, skills, portfolio/showreel links, headshot and other photos you choose to upload, WhatsApp number, email address, and your answer to the media-usage consent question on that form.
  • "For Clients" enquiry — full name, email address, phone number, your organisation's name and details (if provided), and your project message.
  • Newsletter sign-up — your email address.

We don't currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • respond to your enquiry or application;
  • consider talent for casting opportunities, and share relevant talent profiles with clients for that purpose;
  • manage bookings and provide our services to clients;
  • send you newsletter updates, only if you've signed up for them; and
  • keep our records accurate and our talent database up to date.

4. Photos, video, and consent

If you apply as talent and upload photos, a showreel link, or other media, we only use that media for professional and promotional purposes (such as casting submissions and portfolio listings) if you've given consent to that on the application form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us — see Section 8.

5. Who we share information with

We don't sell your information. We share talent profiles and relevant details with prospective clients where that's the point of a casting enquiry, and we may share information with service providers who help us run this site or our operations (for example, email or hosting providers), under obligations to keep it confidential. We don't share your information for any other party's marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application information for as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected — for example, active talent profiles are kept while you remain part of our roster. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 8).

7. Cookies

This site uses only the essential technical storage needed for it to function (for example, remembering that a pop-up has been dismissed). We don't currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, or to withdraw any consent you've given (such as media-usage consent). To do any of this, email dancersasylum@gmail.com.

9. Children's privacy

Our services aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 without a parent or guardian's involvement.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Questions Clients Ask

A few quick answers before you reach out.

No. Nightlife is our foundation, but we choreograph and direct movement for all kinds of projects. You will find our work in feature films, television shows, advertising campaigns, music videos, live concerts, theatre productions, and corporate events.

Almost any visual project that involves human movement can benefit. Common examples include movie scenes, TV performances, commercial shoots, music video dance breaks, artist stage shows, fashion presentations, and even video game motion capture.

We start by understanding your vision, audience, and the kind of energy you want. Then we handpick performers from our local and international roster who match that exact need. This applies whether you are casting a nightclub show, a film scene, or a commercial.

We help brands create live, immersive experiences — usually but not always in nightlife settings. This can include creative concept development, performance curation, full event execution, and audience engagement strategies.

No. We provide styling and costuming for projects of any size — a single artist's music video look, a full cast for a stage show, or a branded activation. We tailor the service to your budget and creative vision.
